The unbroken hymen is normally perforated, and the blood passes through the opening. Occasionally the hymen is "imperforate" (has no opening ... this is rare), which requires a medical procedure to create an opening.

No, of course not. There is a small opening, about half an inch across, to let it out.

no not at all. there is still an opening there. it just comes out as it normally would.

no. she can still bleed. the hymen is only partially attached.
