I have to take my NJ Real Estate test does anyone know If there's a website where I can get question's that are close to the exam question's. I heard of people taking this test 6 and 9 times I don't want to be one of those.

I passed the Ohio and a couple of years ago the Illinois on the first try. This is what helped me. Yeah, you could go online, but the best thing is just to do these 2 things:
1. Get plain paper and number the lines in order to take the chapter quizzes. Just get a notebook and use that to take each quiz until you get 90-100% correct. When you get lower, take the quiz over until you have that score mentioned above. Don't read anymore! Just take the quizzes. Whatever text book(s) you have are fine to use for this. Do this for at least an hour each day up to 3 hours, with breaks until the day before the exam. Believe that you can and will pass.
2. Get the CD rom exam aids!!! I used one from my Real Estate School(s) but the best aid by far is by Filmore Galaty, et al... sold anywhere, Amazon, Borders, etc. Try to get the latest edition WITH THE CD included! It is a phenomenal help. I really didn't know what the h3!l I was doing until I got that book. Here it is for your reference: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/102-3968161-8928941?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=%22modern+real+estate+practice%22 I didn't see NJ, but look for it for the state specific questions.
Best wishes. I know you can make it. Oh yeah, with the math, have you memorized your formulas like how many square feet in an acre = "7+11" meaning the numbers add up to 7 and 11 separately, like 42,560 sq. feet in an acre?
Things like that really help. The basics. Your instructor should have given you some helps. The book "Real Estate Math" is really good, too and has study/mental tips inside. Check your library to save money.
You can do it!!!1
