I have a class A misdemeanor on my record...?

It's from a different state (I currently live in California)...

will job employers be able to see this?

ALSO....Where can I find a job that will hire??

If an employer does a background check it's likely to show up; most employers do background checks now. You don't say what the offense was which does matter. How about hiring an attorney in your home state to get the matter expunged?
