This is a STUPID questiong but, I am going to party in a few weeks and the theme is too dress up as pimps and hookers, i know (not very origional) thing is i am quite body concious n i dont want to show too much of myself. how can i still look good without showing too much? lol i know this is pathetic but i need some ideas. i also cant afford to but new things. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Do you have skirts and tanktops? If you want to look like a "hooker" (for the party, I mean) you can always pair a white tank top much like a wifebeater with a colored bra underneath. Wear a black or denim skirt with heels and you can pull off the look. Accessorize as well. You could also wear more dramatic makeup and style your hair to get the look. That way, you won't have to spend money on a party for one night :)
Ahh, I forgot the body conscious part. If you are body conscious, just layer your outfit with a black crop jacket or a fitting jacket with your outfit. Do you have any fishnets? Just choose items that will draw attention AWAY from the parts of your body that you are self conscious about.
Or, you can go as a female pimp as others have suggested below.

I think that's actually a great oppurtunity to cover up. Think 60's mod hooker. High boots, fishnets, and a shirtdress. Very cute yet somewhat slutty. Also i like what someone else said about ladypimps. Totally. That's a great idea. You don't have to be a hooker just cuz u r a girl. GOOD LUCK. and have fun @ the party.

Good answers, you could do a brilliant pimp. Nice dark suit with a white tie, big hat, you could even get the platform shoes with goldfish in!
Otherwise, feather boas hide a multitude of lumps and bumps. And remember, there are plenty of voluptuous hookers out there!

Did you ever see Kramer in the episode of Seinfeld where he gets mistaken for a pimp, dress like that, get a multicoloured coat (as in Joseph & the technicoloured dreamcoat) with an afkhan fringe teamed with a trilby hat and a swanky walking cane (preferably lion headed!!!).

if your body concious, pick out one part of your body and focus your costume round it, like if you have great legs, wear a short skirt, but thenyou can cover up more on top, wearing looser, but still fitted clothes can hide bad parts, and theres loads of tunic dresses in shops which you can wear without jeans and look like a 'hoe'....
