Homeland Security is Homeland Scrutiny?

Question

To me Homeland Security is a mess because if you read the link:

is the biggest mistake that the US government has did (other than the Invasion of Iraq) because of our tax dollars are wasted for useless items. To me, I hope that the next US president or the Congress either reform or disband Homeland Security. Reform, I mean, that degrees should be full and not from a diploma mill, the government cerdit cards should be within the government not outside of it, and update their technology. Please send your thoughts.

Homeland Security along with our Warriors in the Middle East are waht keeps your stay at home butt safe...
You haven't been attacked sine...have you...Guess all is working fine.

Homeland security was built to protect us since 9/11 and since then, we haven't been attacked so I am happy with it. But I am sure that I will get a thumbs down for stating my "opinion"
