I normally go for a drive. Gives me a bit of freedom and relaxation, and when my mind is frazzled, it's good to just crank up the music and sing like an idiot. If you're worried about crashing, forgo the drive and take a long, hot bath, with lots of bubbles in it.

I have a complete and utter shut down. All I want is to be left alone and I sleep a lot. I guess it's just my way of getting away. It's probably not the best way, but it's my way!!!

I try to do something that's relaxing. Aromatherapy helps me. I have a spearmint lotion I rub on my temples and pulse points, it helps me relax. Taking a nice bubble bath and just letting the water calm me helps too.
