All donuts are made from wheat! What you are familiar with is bleached white, wheat flour! Whole wheat tastes better and is better for you! Try it you may be surprised!

they do have a 100% whole wheat, sweet caramel flavored donut that is glazed w/ the original glaze. sounds pretty good if you ask me.

enrich flour, somewhat enrich flour, enrich vitamin flour, enrich enrich enrich flour, or whole wheat makes no difference once it's deep fried in oil. You might as well stick with the original because the nutritional value is gone.

Deep fried oatmeal anyone?

Krispy Kreme is awesome.

I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it should be good. It's probably healthier for ya.

I am not too sure about it either. I haven't tried it, and it really doesn't answer your question but you should try. You never know, you might just love it, no matter how disgusting it might sound.

Been wondering the same thing myself. Donuts are not supposed to be healthy. I would think they would still have to fry it to get it to rise, so where's the benifit?

I wouldn't write it off just for how it sounds....cuz it sounds nasty. But I'd give it a try at least once. Who knows...it might actually be good.
