Light, pastel colors, nothing that will make you look all "drained out" or drain out the color you already have in your skin, I have light skin, so really light colors look best on me.
Pink and Black is what I wear or just basic black, always the look to go with!

Every dress we wear should make us stand out like a star which is why we should wear clothes that help our skin radiate. Those who are fair skinned should preferably take dark colours like dark blue, royal blue, deep red, black...so on and so forth.
Those who are darker skinned should take colours that suit them and those clothes should not be dark.

Light colors look the best on fair colors. Stay away from yellow , black and brown.

I also have light skin. My friends always tell me I look good in blue, because my eyes are blue. And another friend with light skin has green eyes and she looks great in green.
So just go with the color of your eyes. But dont wear dark colors a lot, it makes us look even pailer

stay with earthy tones and dull colors. pastels are nice. off white looks good to. avoid sharp colors such as orange or pink. stay near to blues ang dark greens. black in the right amount looks top key.

Reds, blues, greens. Avoid yellows and black. Please avoid orange, unless it's very red, because almost NOBODY looks good in orange. Except black people, and since you're fair, I'm guessing you aren't black. You'd probably look good in pastels, too.

pastels. Yellow is kind of iffy, black is a no-no, cream is kind of iffy too. You are pretty safe with pink, blue, red, certain shades of green, lavender/purple, peach, aqua.
