They only occur during intercourse while climaxing, and it has happened before while pregnant but I am not pregnant anymore, and not for several years. It just started happening again. Any ideas?

it is NOT pleasure, it is definately pain. I am certain I am not pregnant.

are you sure you're not pregnant?
well maybe you are simply reaching a new level of enjoyment during sex. or if you are... at that age... maybe hormonal changes during menopause are affecting you. If its not bothering you and you have had it before, I wouldn't worry about it.
