Animals don't talk to each other in the same way that we talk to each other. Granted there are some species of birds that will look at each other and repeat learned words back and forth, but it's not the same thing. Animals "talk" to each other through body language. Dogs, cats, horses, birds, bears, monkeys, you name it. I would assume that every animal on the planet has its own body language that it uses to communicate with to other animals. Some animals have similar body language even though it's a different species. For example, deer use the same body language that horse does. I am sure that is true in other cases as well.
