No!! Because I don't want to be a party to your getting banned from the computers, kicked out of school, reprimanded or fired, depending on what your situation is. If it's not your computer, then you don't get to make the rules about how to use it. And if you get caught trying to sneak around the rules, then whoever DOES own the computer (work, school, parents, etc.) is totally free to hand down whatever punishment they like. Sorry, but that's how it is.

If you working inside a company or in school, you won`t be able to bypass the proxy server, you can do as what people have said with unchecking the box in internet options but to get on the internet without going through the proxy you need an external ip address and probably cables being changed so that your pc is directly attached to the internet.

To bypass a range of IP addresses or a specific domain name, specify the addresses in the proxy exception list: 1.
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
3. Click Advanced, and type the appropriate information in the Exceptions area.

Proxy servers are there for a reason. You do not want to bypass them. If you have problem with one of your ISP proxies, give them a ring and they should be able to give you an alternate IP address for another one. Happened all the time with me when I was on ntl:

In IE, go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Select the Connections tab, then click LAN settings.
If Use a proxy server for your LAN is ticked, untick it.
You have now by-passed it.
