Hello.

I am trying to mail something from the USA to my niece, who is studying abroad in Egypt this year. The letter she sent me had this address:

35 ABU FEDA STREET
ZAMALEK, CAIRO
EGYPT

Can anyone please help me find the postal code? I asked her and she said she doesn't know. I tried looking on on addressdoctor.com and it gave me the postal code for a totaly different province. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is the website for Egypt Post and should help you: http://www.egyptpost.org/index.aspx?lang...
However, don't worry about it much, in Egypt they don't care much about postal codes (unless you're sending it by a certain mail which requires it - I'm not sure).

There are no postal codes for Egypt. The correct name is The Arab Republic of Egypt.

Some countries don't have postal codes. Try entering the address on UPS's website (www.ups.com) and it will tell you if one is required.
