I think it is fine. More children would be able to be adopted to. But it would be strange having two fathers.

I think its great when two people are happy, no matter what their sex is! People should put more focus on other matters, like the thousands of children who need adoption, feeding the hungry, etc. etc. etc... People want to get involved with these issues just to feel "involved". Most people who are this way, and want to take a negative approach are bored with their own lives, and should do some volunteer work! Just my 2 cents.

I am against it. The reason because most gay people have no intention of being life-partners for the rest of their lives. I already know one woman who married her lover and has left her.
When life-partners go their separate ways, do they divorce? Does someone pay the other alimony? If children are involved, is there child support??
I think the most gay people want to get married is because they want the same rights as straight married couples. But they want the same situation of two straight people who are living together have but know that the live-in people don't have the same rights as a married couple.
So the gay couple want their cake and eat it too. Sorry it does not work that way.

I am againts it but I am for a legal union between the same sexes. The reason why marriage should remain between a man and a woman , once you start sliding down that slippery slope it won't stop till you hit bottom ,then there will come more than one wife marriage animal marriage relatives getting married etc for those of you that says that is ridiculous they said the same thing about gay marriage in the 70's

I think that it is perfectly okay...I am one who plans on staying with the girl I am with and having children I don't see anything wrong with it if it is going to make someone happy....we should be able to have happiness in our lives and not have to worry about the society accepting us...which they should do but not everything in life is easy

I'm for it and i am a gay male me and my husband have adopted three girls 8yrs old 16 years[twins] and just about to get another one boy this time he is 9 years old

I think it is fine. If 2 people are in love then why does it really matter what sex they are? I say there is enough stuff in the world so why not support love!!!
