Nothing wrong about it. I found when I listen to the music nowadays it is all repeating chorus lines one after the other with only three or four actual singing lines. I enjoy music from the 20s-50s more than I do anything else anymore. Sign of growing up and evolving out of state of mind of trying to be cool so I will stay hip with every buzz and fad that comes my way. Finding what you personally like and making it your own and not because you see it on whatever is the big thing now and someone suggests it. I actually find myself enjoying something and if it starts to become big and a fad I find myself not liking it anymore. Weird? I don't know, but I hate when something becomes a fad and everyone is all of a sudden been apart of it for a long time when really they knew about it last week for first time. With that said, enjoy what you want to enjoy and be glad you are not easily led and persuaded by what is the fad of today and the bad for tomorrow.

Absolutely not. Music has been around for thousands of years. There are many great compositions out there. Try Swing, Jazz, Blues, Classical, and other rock bands. You won't regret it. You like music so far from your time because there is lots of good old music. You have good taste in music. Remember, it isn't old if you heard it for the first time.

Not weird, that's cool. I listen to all kinds of stuff and the old stuff too. I love it because it isn't over played and it's classy stuff. Back before music was over produced, it actually took some talent.

Considering the garbage they call music now a day you have to go back in time to hear anything with talent. It's a good sign Enjoy.

I don't think it's weird. I have an appreciation for all kinds of music whether it is elevator to rap. Just because the music is out now doesn't mean you have to like it.

its all opinion. I like GunsnRoses, but im 15. Queen, a-ha, Phil Collins, Metallica in the early 90's, and REM are also on my ipod, but hey, i like them. I have current music, but the classics still gotta be there

Nothing wrong with that at all. There is just tooooo much garbage out there and none of it compares to the real music in the past.

It is much easier music to relate to, the messages are simple and clear, the singing is the emphasis and the singing was great and pure.
