U.S. Grant and J. Carter were the worst by far.
Grant did nothing but give the railroads land that they still own without any form of control. They allow other lines to use their tracks but if they say that there is something or some other line more important than the one you are on then you wait for hours till you move again.
Carter let the U.S. be attacked over again every time the terrorist showed the hostages during the take over of the U.S. embassy. Then tried to tell everyone that he did everything possible to get them back. Now he tries to say that it is all the U.S.s fault for all the mess the world is in.
Then it would be Clinton's, Johnson's, Harding's, and Nixon's. Although I have trouble really deciding between Clinton and Carter when it comes to allowing the terrorist free range to continue to do harm to the U.S.

I still think this is an open question. I voted for Bush, but, I'm not happy with this Iraq war and the state of the economy and his seeming "out of touchness" with the country. I think this Iraq war has been the greatest foreign policy mistake the US has made in over 50 years, perhaps ever. I'm withholding final judgement on "worst ever" until I see what he does to end the Iraq war before he leaves office.

In 100 years, it will probably rank in the middle. The worst by far, were the Chester Arthur & Warren Harding Administrations.

Heck no - not even close. Clinton and Grant have a lock on that.
Clinton: General coruption at all levels, daily lies to the people, the Waco murders, war on the west, war on rural America, lowest military budgets since WWII, 21 Federal indictments, "the Constitution is an outdated scrap of paper that needs to be done away with".
Grant: General coruption, illegal occupation of the southern US, anti-trust scams, etc

jimmy carter worst president and worst ex president
I mean all he did was try to talk to set the british soldiers free wich took his whole presidency but he did nothing when we where attacked twice. Thats not all he when he wasn't president he bashed ronald regan saying he destroy us and same with bush right now. Then theres the american bashing he does all over the world. I think the nobel prize people are liberal because I see no conservetive that won it.
