It's just like any stadium in baseball, the best seats are the ones at field level. Make sure you don't get out of the first level of the field box though, because the upper seats are obstructed view for the most part. The Green Monster seats are unique, but don't really offer the best view of the action wtih home plate being so far away. Its mostly based on your preference, but just try to make sure you don't get an obstructed view seat and you'll have a great time.

The place is a dump. Out dated, dirty, smelly and filled with 35,000 screaming idiots at every home game. The best seat to watch the Red Sox play is in your own living room on TV. Don't waste your money. If I had to rank all the ball parks in baseball I'd put Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia as the best and Fenway either at the bottom or very close to it.

Center of the Green Monster. Behind the dugout is ok if you have 600 bucks to blow on it. Left field seats are dangerous due to the laser guided fouls coming off Manny. Saw some kid get hammered in the chest with one of those. Ow.
