Beauty could earn you fans ,but it could not make you a great player ! Yesterday, i gave Maria more credit when i posted it will be won by the Serena 6-2, 6-1. I quess Serena wanted to proof me wrong. LOL

Don't mind that arab that goes by Farez. He keeps showing on yahoo answers saying the same stupid fraze. U don't want to upset him. He might be a taliban or something.

Serena is a class player and to win 8 grand slams, you have to be one. Sharapova is overrated by the media, easy draws and match fixing.

Okay first of all both ladies are very rich okay Serena is getting paid by NIKE $7.5 million dollars a year for a grand total of $60 million (8 year deal started in 2003) and Maria Sharapova was signed for somewhere in the neighborhood of $20 million. Stop making this racial!!!!!!!!!
Secondly Maria won both Wimbledon and the U.S OPEN a two surface champion grass and clay. Just maybe she is talented after all.
Finally let some one else win a career Grand Slam for a total of 8 Grand Slams. If that makes Serena overated then so is everybody else on the top all time list of slam winners. She's tied for 10th and one more movers her in a tie for 8th place.

Yeah... she lost...
However, Maria's beauty has made her appear "a great player"... the WTA tries to make her the biggest star possible, what with easy draws and whatnot. She is still one of the top 10 players, but not number 1.
That said - neither is Serena. Serena is almost as overrated as Sharapova. Serena would lose to Henin 6-4, 6-2 if Henin hadn't played in a year.

Sharapova is a gud player.She brings her game all time it's just that she meets a tougher person.
The media has overrated her and that has gotten in her.Currently,among the young players Serena has won many gram slams than Sharapova and the likes.yet still before either of those downers are to meet Serena,they trash talk about her even though they know they definitely have to concentrate on the game techniques.
Maurismo and the likes should know that the media does not make you win!!!!!! if you underestimate a player with the help of some tennis officials who could played horribly in their time,you will be the only to meet your underestimated opponent.And that's where,some players are beaten 3 straight sets.
