No. Have a pelvic exam and get a birth-control prescription. The pill is 99 percent effective when used _correctly_ every day. (That just means you can't flake out and forget to take it every three days. This flakiness and irresponsibility is why so many women "still get pregnant" while on the pill).
The family planning method does not work; even if it does, it's a waste of time. Sperm can live in the body for several days, and women often don't ovulate predictably at the exact same time every month (I certainly never did). Also, the time of the month you'll instinctively _want_ to have sex is the time you're most fertile; it's likely you won't even want it during the days when it's OK. And so it seems pretty easy to slip up. Who wants to wait around to have sex every month, anyway? What a mood-killer.

Only you will be able to determine which birth control method works for you. This website is a great start. Do some reasearch and you will find what works best for you. Good luck.

My companion and that i've got been utilising the calendar technique for the final 6 years efficiently. with the intention to apply this technique your classes might desire to be properly-known and chartable. you may desire to have the skill to gauge once you're ovulating via your discharge in the time of your cycle. And maximum severely, you may desire to stick to equipment. you will might desire to chart your classes for some months to be sure your cycle.

No the body needs hormones to prevent pregnancy or the correct use of condoms to prevent sperm from reaching the vagina.

you could try not having sex when your ovulating; then there is a better chance you won't get pregnant.
always use condoms just in case though.
you can calculate when you ovulate here:
