Once again it depends on how fast you learn, but "studying" asp and c# will get you nowhere. You need to create a simple website with asp, maybe using one of microsoft's walkthroughs:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpguide/html/cpconaspnetapplicationwalkthrough.asp

Then play around with it and see what you can get it to do. Try to add new functionalities, and after you get them to work add some more. If you like working with it you'll pick it up very quickly, and learn so much more about the language that you would by reading up on it. Try adding one of each of the controls and seeing what all you can do with it.

Spend at least a couple hours a day playing with it, you'll be good to go ina few months.

You need experience to be marketable. You not only need to study, but also create webpages using asp & c# for your portfolio to potential employers for them to seriously consider hiring you as an asp.net developer.

This is directly proportional to how fast you learn.

Also is this your first language?
Also have you even done any web page programming before?
Also what do you mean by marketable? If marketable means get an entry level job, then most companies might hire you and you can learn on the job.
