also there are 2x90 late payments, having trouble finding a home for this. Freemonth closed theyre doors the day before close. Eastern savings also turned this down.

I better get a star for saving your *** on this one.

First off you didnt mention what state you are in so that is going to be an issue.

Other than that for those loans I like Equifirst and countrywide.

Also you didnt mention if this is a purchase or a rate/term or a cash out?

If its cash out are they going stated or full doc?

There are too many holes in your question.

Chase subprime is still doing 90% down to a 520 as long as it is Full Doc. The mortgage lates may get ya tho.
