She started off really nice (if a little dull) and now her character has changed completely. Eastenders is always doing this and I find it annoying!
But she is more interesting as a psychotic harpy.

Evil yes. But Oh! ugly as well. Not what you would expect for Phill, when you think of all the good-looking women he has had in the past. I think a touch of bad casting there.

Actually I think the good looking women Phil's had in the past are the bad casting - as if anyone who looks as bad as he does and has his terrible personality would ever get several women like that!!
