I assume you mean if we were going on a date? Well if I agreed to that you must have already impressed me. So I would want to return the reaction.
I would be sure to dress really nice, with my hair swept up and, nice perfume. I would make polite and, hopefully interesting chat without hogging the conversation. I would want to know about you. I would make eye contact so you know Iam taking you serious, and paying attention. I'd be sure to use my best table manners LOL From there I would just be myself and hope we clicked!
