Yes! All you need is a powerful booster and a Freeview box. Although the picture can be a little dodgy at times, it can be done.

The Freeview box doesn't have to be an expensive one but make sure your aerial and booster are a good make - a 1970's coat-hanger aerial will not be sufficient for this job.

Something I should point out though - if anyone has a powerful set of speakers in the neighbourhood, these can seriously affect your reception. So too can dodgy weather.

Good luck!

Yes it is, or indeed it was when i last had to about just a little over 2 years ago. I don't think anything has changed to alter this fact now.

I lived at the time on a hill but had freeview boxes in a tv downstairs and in an upstairs bedroom. We had no outdoor aerial and we picked up a good transmission. Sometimes the screen would freeze however, not often but on occasions. Never did find out the reason why though.

Hope this helps. Happy viewing.

I have a good outside aerial and get quite a dodgy reception with Freeview. I t seems to get better when it rains or when its cold. So I would think with an indoor aerial unless you live in a good receptive area. No chance.
P.S. Phone them and they will tell you

No indoor aerial is as solid as a out door aerial the perfect ingredient to do is discover out which room at your residence has the perfect signal and run the aerial to that room. also getting a separate amp helps Asda were doing one for £4.ninety 5 which worked extra valuable than the £40 fashions.

can be done if you have a strong enough signal, but not everyone can get it, better to be safe and get a digital arial
