What worked for me is to relax, exercise, eat healthy and pray. Remember that pregnancy is a miracle from God. Once the egg is released it must connect with the sperm within 24 hours, So timing is really everything. You can enhance your chances by buying a ovulation kit. But the long and short is to let nature take its course. Think about love and your relationship and less on getting pregnant and you will be amazed of the results.

unless you are under the age of 8,the concept of how to get pregnant should have already been explained to you,let me try to put this delicately,when two people love each other very much,and decide they would like to make a family together,the man will put tadpoles in the woman's belly,the tadpoles will then swim and swim until they find the lilly pad in the woman's belly thus creating a baby.....sorry had to make it G-rated
