I am seven months pregnant and I work for a small company I've been asked to find out what the legal responsibility is for the company regarding Maternity leave and pay and such. Does anyone know where I can find the labor laws regarding Maternity/Paternity leave in Utah?

It is pretty standard everywhere that you can take 6 weeks off of work and they have to give you A job to come back to.. but that doesn't mean they have to give you the same position..
They don't have to pay you.. Some companies have paid maternity leave.. that is just a perk.. they don't have to do it though.
