I have Sprint for my cell provider and I have the Razr phone and it is soooooo slow. Have any of you had this problem or know of an easy fix for this, it is driving me nuts.

Often a phone can be improved by taking it to your nearest sprint company store (not a mall kiosk or other reseller, you need a real sprint company owned store) and having them update the firmware. You should call ahead and find out when their service technicians are in and when they won't be super busy so you don't have to leave the phone with them to get it done.

Depending on the store you are going to need to leave your phone with sprint they need to programing on the phone where they hook it up to there computers to do software. It takes about an hour to do but call your store where they have techs first Hopes this helps
