My washer fills with water just fine but when it is time to start agitating it doesnt instead it makes this loud buzzing sound???

Sounds to me like the drive belt is broken. You need to call a repair man or take the belt off your self and bring it to an appliance dealer. They can get the number of the old one and replace it for you.

could be you just need to reach in there and re-adjust the clothes so that they are distributed evenly. if that doesn't work, call a mechanic, preferably from the place you bought it.
