My little girl is also 7 months old here are some things we do:
If You're Happy and You Know it is a fun one...we also have a cheap little bubble machine, I think it was like $5 at Walmart, we catch bubbles together. I have a free entertainer for my daughter...her 4 year old brother! It's amazing how much they love each other.

There is a book that's fantastic, has some great ideas in it:

You play all of the games that can be played with a 7 mo. old baby except one. I sit my baby on the floor across from me (maybe a legs length away) and roll a ball to her and take it and roll it back to her. It sounds boring but, it's actually fun seeing the baby's reaction, (not to mention I guess this helps develope motor skills).

Itsy bitsy spider - you can do this in different ways to add tickling to tummy or back - or just using hands and arms. This Little piggy went the market ...etc.is another one.
