You can scrape it off with a nail clipper. Your nails won't look very nice afterward because they'll have white marks all over them but you can cover them up with a better color. Or if you don't want color you could just make them look nice (and shiny) with clear polish.

Put more nail polish on and rub it off while it is wet. It will take some of the dried stuff off because it has a solvent in it to keep it liquid.

You could wait until it gets worn off, but if you want to do it now, then you could scratch/peel it off w/ something (your nails, a file, whatever works).

sometimes perfume does it too.
If you have 'pure alcohol' in bottles you can buy from pharmacy does it too.
perfume, i think brandy as well but not sure.
