This means that the land is .1978 hectares. This is a very small piece of land for agricultural use. Depending on the current use. The value of the land also depends on where the land is located and what the land can be used for (i.e. zoning).

It's hectares,and i don't know. From the dimensions it would be more like acres, not hectares
