Legal aspects aside, why own a house that no one wants except you, and only because dead old dad said you can't get rid of it?
If they, as part of the trust, do not want the house but you do, why don't you buy their share of the home and keep it for yourself? A house is just a building. A home is what you make of it, and unless you plan to make it yours, it's time to move on.
If it had been your dad's wish not to sell, then why bother with a trust that is empowered to deal with it? Trust should've been designed to support and maintain the property and not put you guys in a position to fight over it. And unless you intend to win, thereby risking hard feelings among your sibs, maybe it's time to go along w/ everyone.

There are too many un answered questions to make a wise decision here, first are there any leins? what are the taxes due? Aside from this, the only other choice you have is to offer to purchse your siblings shares in the property. Of course they'll more than likely want cash. Do you have enough resources to make the deal happen? That needs to be the first question. Of course this all depends upon the executors duty to fulfill what's necessary. Might be time to let go of the property if you don't have the ability to satisfy all the parties involved. Are you willing to take on the debt and or the responibilty once you do have possession? These are questions I'm afraid you're the only one that can answer. You need to find out all the details then decide what you're going to do. Sorry no magic answer.

if you have got legal papers from your saying he doesn't want it sold, use that against your siblings. they can try and take you to court, but it won't get very far if the owner didn't want that. who does the house belong to legally anyway? that's the person who has the real say so in the matter. if its all of yall, do like i said with the legal papers.
