Get your *** off the internet!
This is NOT a Doctor's office. It's the friggin' MOVIE SECTION of Yahoo Answers! We are NOT qualified. Anytime you have nausea associated with pain in the abdomin/kidneys, then it's TIME TO GO TO THE DOCTOR!
It could be one of 50 different things but some things are just not good to put off until the last minute. We want you back on here as soon as possible but that won't happen IF YOU DIE! So, don't die. Go to the doctor or Emergency Room. Get better. Take a pill. Come back online :-)

If it is hurting your back between the shoulder blades and the abdominal pain in more toward the right side, you may be having a reaction to gall stones which are blocking the duct to your liver. It is very serious and you should see a doctor at once for possible emergency surgery. If your gall bladder bursts, it will poison you.

Could be your kidneys, gall bladder, hernia, or maybe IBS. Go get a checkup before it gets any worse.
