You are just a lil overweight at 150lbs. At 5-4" ur ideal weight is 120-125lbs.
So to lose 25lbs u must exercise, eat healthy, sleep enough, drink lots of water and NEVER skip meals.
It'd take u about 3-4 months if u follow all this.
Delete sugar and simple carbs totally out of ur diet.
Eat lots of veggies. Drink milk, have at least 30%protein of ur total dietary intake.
And did i say exercise?

I seriously doubt any self respecting doctor just "made" you gain 30 pounds. That makes no sense. I don't think you are being honest. Also 150 pounds is really not that heavy.. What does that make you like a size 8 or something?
Eat right and excercise.. If you are hungry an hour after breakfast maybe you need to plan a better diet.. like eating 6 small meals everyday instead of 3 big meals..

Hello. First of all, I am the same way if I eat breakfeat then I am hungry all day long. Try having something like a glass of milk for breakfast instead of a whole meal but it is important to have something. Bottom line to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat. So, try some excersice like pilates or just walking. Whatever is best for you! I am also trying to lose weight and I am drinking slimfast for braeakfast and lunch and it seems to help my hunger and I do not get hunger headaches. Good luck!

Eating one meal a day is not the answer. Your body will go into starvation mode, and you will in fact not lose as much weight, and it's very unhealthy.
Instead, try a healthy diet and exercise. I do an hour of cardio and pilates every day and eat around 1500 calories.
Don't become obsessive about your weight. It takes time to come off. :)

First, you probably do have mental issues. My Mom was 5'4" and weighed 105 pounds. Yes, she was underweight, but she was plenty healthy.
Anyway, you should be aware that you aren't likely to be 110 pounds ever again as you have a more mature body, but 120 is certainly doable. Write down everything you eat and measure your portions. That works very well.

Just exercise on a regular basis and eat healthy. You can't not eat though. That is very bad for you. You shouldn't worry so much about your weight either. It's not the end of the world if you have a little extra meat on you as long as it's not an unhealthy amount.

I'm sure you dont look as bad as you think .. 150 is not that heavy.
Just walk everyday .. and watch your carb and sugar intake .. that goes straight to your thighs!
Fill up on the fruits and veggies ..
I'm 25 weeks pregnant and have gained 30 lbs already ... eek! but I'm walking and eating healthy.
Dont worry .. I"m sure you look way worse to yourself than you do to the public! we are always harder on ourselves ..
good luck! God bless!
