Are you a boy or a girl because that is important. I don't know about boys, but girls stop growing two years after they get their period.

Increasing the Height

You are under 18 years of age.
In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
Cycling is a good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises on floor.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.
In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.
Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".
Issue of Genes:
You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.
I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.
Again Swimming:
You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.
The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Look at the people in your family, on both your mother's and father's side, as well as your brothers and sisters. With a few exceptions, that will give you an indication of how tall you might get. Genetics determines how tall you will be. If both your mother and father are short, chances are you will be short too, unless there are a few taller relatives in your family tree. Height is something you cannot change, it's hereditary. The exceptions are dwarfs or those freakisly tall people. Those are caused by different factors.

Everyone grows to a different height and stops growing at a different age. No diets will change that, you have growth plates in between your bones that fill in once you are done growing. My mom quit growing in 6th grade, but other people I know grew into college, even some women grew after giving birth, I would get used to being short, on the bright side, you look good with any guy.

that isnt true about girls stop growing 2 yrs after 1st period at all i got my period at 12 and i was only 4'9 as i was a gynmist and i am 5'6 now and i can sure tell ya 2 yrs after my period i didnt grow that hieght that fast...usually the time is around age 18 but it all does vary and it all goes with genetics. okay well there was a girl in here that said you stop growing 2 yrs after your first period thats why i wrote that
