You can defrag by using one of the following methods...
1) Start > Run > type "dfrg.msc" without quotes..
2) Start > Programs > Accessories > System tools > Defrag

1Click on start
2 Click on all programs
3 Next in the accessories menu choose system tools
4In the system tools choose defragmenter
5 When the defrag menu comes up choose analyze to check if you need defragmenting or just go ahead and defragment,it will take a while,according to the size of your hard drive

To open Disk Defragmenter, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Disk Defragmenter.
click on analyze by selecting the appropriate drive. read the recommendation after analyzing. if required, go ahead and defragment.

go on start then all programs then click accessories then click on system tools the it should be on the last that comes up the click and there you have got the disk defragmentor to clear up and compact unwanted files to make your computer run faster
