You need to file a federal return and a state return for NY. Florida has no state tax.

You are a resident of New York State. You file a resident New York State income tax return. Period.

It does not matter that you worked in Florida for one month; Florida does not have an individual income tax - all of the income you reported for federal purposes will be taxable for New York State purposes.

Since your domicile is NY, they are entitled to tax your world-wide income regardless of where it was earned. FL doesn't have an income tax so that won't cost you anything extra at least.

Both states. You'll probably not have to pay anything, or if you already paid something to Florida, you'd probably get it back, but if you collected paychecks from both states, you have to file in both states. It's the same thing for people who live in NY and work in NJ.
