how yahoo answers works.. people ask me why im so addicted to this.. i try to explain how it works and they just look at me like im crazy, so i end up just giving up .. is this what it comes too?

I have. My dad and my neighbors just don't get it. They don't seem impressed and have no understanding of the addictiveness. When I learn or see some thing interest here I also quote it and they usually look at me like I've lost my mind.
You just have to experience the site to get a full understanding of it. There is no way to explain it.

If we keep the people unanswered, their questions are always left to wonder and life would have no advance. Reach out for them. Encourage your friends to do so as well either through Yahoo Answers or actually out there making a difference. True friends would understand. I tell my friends what i sometimes read on Yahoo Answers and share opinions. I think it helps to brighten my mind as well.

I gave up, too. I still quote people from it and say things like, "Well, on Yahoo Answers..." but really I am glad that no one I know (that I know of) does this, too. Then we would have a personal competition and stuff and I NEVER win that kind of thing!

I tell my kids about some of the questions I answer and the reply is always exactly the same...."Did you get Best Answer?".
Kids can be so cute.

sometimes,,,,,,when the person is talking when im trying to explain,,,the i get pissed and say,,,just do what u want!!!!,,,or figure it out for yourself!!!!
