how do you get the Action Replay Max for GBA/DS to work?

it freezes before it does anything, following the instructions doesn't work, we tried multiple games...

Start with one code at a time to make sure it's working. Make sure you have selected the correct game.

i got the same one! is it silver? you could have the wrong games! some games like pokemon have two versions! did you put to many codes in at once? did you put the codes in manually? if you put them in manually, then you need to double check all the codes! if it still does this, email me!
