You can travel and fly your entire pregnancy. Many airlines will not let you fly after the 36th week because of the possibility that you may go into labor. It is important to get up and walk on a plane and wiggle your toes and feet while you are sitting to keep your blood circulating in your legs. Make sure you drink a lot of water while on the plane because the pressurized cabin air is very dry and you don't want to get dehydrated.

Cruise ships will not take people after their fifth month of pregnancy. I went on a cruise in my fifth month, but they would not take later stages. Travel during early stages of pregnancy is totally fine, it is the last three months of pregnancy when you can't travel. Also, no hot tubs while pregnant.
It is not safe to travel late in pregnancy due to the possibility of pre-term labor, ecclampsia, or placenta previa that could cause you to lose the baby or lose your own life also. You would not want to be in the middle of nowhere or 30,000 feet up when something like that would happen. Also blood clots are a danger

You should always ask your doctor. But in general, air travel is safe for most moms-to-be up to the 36th week of pregnancy, according to The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Unless there are complications, pregnant women need take no special precautions when traveling by air, the ACOG says. Air travel is not recommended for women who have medical or obstetric complications, such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, poorly controlled diabetes or sickle cell disease, that could result in an emergency, who are at significant risk for premature labor or who ave placental abnormalities.

You are generally safe to travel up until like your 8th month unless you have other issues going on. But generally speaking you can travel while pregnant. My sister is 6 months pregnant and just came off of cruise. So just be careful and enjoy yourself.

People think they need to treat themselves like glass when they are pregnant. You can still do anything you would normally do ...within reason...don't go out and run your first marathon. Just look after yourself.

It depends how far along you are and the risk of the pregnancy. Like if its a high risk one or not. Go talk to your doctor.
