Circumcision is perform on a majority of American boys. Is it really necessary. Does it hurt the newly born to get 'whacked'. Is it worth it? Does it provide the boy with any future sexual enhancement?

Infant circumcision carries significant risks and all medical authorities now say that these risks outweigh the dubious benefits of routine infant circumcision. A few babies even die each year, directly from the surgery and the real complication rate is much higher than statistics show because many, like skin bridges and painful erections, don't show up till much later in life and so are not recorded as complications. Even with these falsely lowered statistics a baby is just as likely to suffer harm from the surgery as benefit and therefore in reality the surgery is definitely more harmful overall. Since it is hotly debated that there are any real benefits, I would contend that it is always harmful because of the significant loss of sensitive genital tissue and the violation of the boys' human rights to whole genitals before he can give informed consent and without a good medical justification.
Many men resent being circumcised, some so much that they stretch to try and regain some of their lost foreskin's function. They can never recover all the complex anatomy and lost nerve endings though.
Circumcision removes over half the skin of the penis (about 15 square inches in an adult) and it's not just simple skin. It's packed with nerve endings, special anatomical features like the ridged band and has a unique elastic gliding action, allowing it to slide on itself and act like lube. This action is what most males use to masturbate with except those who are cut so tightly that they have to use lube or just rub it dry. Of course the intact male has the option to use lube too if he wants to. During intercourse it acts like lube on entry and may act as a dam, preventing lubricating secretions escaping from the vagina. In one study women reported that sex with an intact partner was gentler and more satisfying since he doesn't have to thrust as hard to feel enough stimulation. Removing the foreskin turns the surface of the glans from an inner mucosal membrane to outside skin. Newly circumcised adults usually go through some weeks of intense discomfort as the glans is constantly exposed to rubbing on clothing, until it develops a thicker keratin layer and becomes less sensitive. A new study has shown real differences in fine touch sensitivity between circumcised and intact penises and that the most sensitive parts of the intact penis are those that would be removed by circumcision.
It's a fallacy that circumcised men last longer because they are less sensitive. I believe that because they can feel less they have to thrust harder to feel anything much and that gives them less control before they find themselves going over the edge.
I myself am circumcised. I have hated it ever since as a 12 year old I saw a mate masturbating with a foreskin and realised a little of what I had lost. I will never forgive my parents and the medical profession for doing it to me.

While it's still being performed on the majority of American boys, that number has fallen from nearly 90% to about 60% (national average). Furthermore, about 80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised.

Yes, it does hurt a newborn male to get circumcised, even with local anesthesia (local anesthesia might not work equally well with all infants, the same dose will work in some but not in others). Circumcision is certainly not needed in the vast majority of men, as only a few conditions are severe enough to warrant it.

In my opinion, it's not worth it. There are studies going both ways, but in the end the benefits tend to balance out the risks. Infant circumcision poses the greatest risk (see link 1). Good genital hygiene and safe sex also easily negate any benefits circumcision might offer in terms of STDs/HIV reduction rates (see link 2).

A recent study came out "confirming" that being circumcised lowers sexual sensitivity, so circumcision certainly doesn't enhance sex, unless there's a problem with the foreskin (which happens, but is rather rare). So is circumcision necessary? Definitely not. Is it better? Probably not, unless there's something wrong with the foreskin, but that's a case by case situation. For most men, circumcision is certainly not worth it.

It's not necessary, it is very painful, and as far as 'sexual enhancenments', new studies have found that it reduces sensitivity. Here, all of those issues are discussed here, and they're fully backed. In addition, circumcision is becoming less common in America (finally; we're a little slow) with some states as low as 14% now. =)

All that is discussed here:

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?Z6r7

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

We can only go by men who were cut later on in life and they say they are missing something.
