Well the cramps hurt. cramps are sort of like giving birth (not to scare you) because they are blood clots passing through the cervix, which needs to dilate to let the blood through, hence the CRAMPS. They can be irregular for no reason sometimes, and come out of the middle of nowhere, but no they are not scary. If you are on birth control, you can control your periods. Its nice. Go ask your teacher, I can tell you're in middle school! lol

its really not that bad well at least 4 me. you get it once a month, it takes a while for it to be on a normal sycle but after a while, you'll be prepared when its supposed to come, mark on your calandar the first time you get it, and then mark off the days till the next one comes.
you'll be shocked the first time, but no it shouldn't scare you.

it doesnt hurt. unless you get cramps,but not everybody get them. u'll be a b***h for like a week and thats pretty much it. besidesthe blood coming out of your vagina. nothing to it.
