I am also spotting brown.Is it possible that I am not that far along and may be 6 weeks. Doctors said my sac is a little improper shaped from one side so either it could be twins or pregnancy not moving ahead. She sent me for HCG testing.
Anyone having similar u/s around 6 weeks or 8 weeks and had a healthy baby?

I had an ultrasound two weeks ago and there were also two spots, one had a yolk sac though and the other didn't. I went back to the doctor today and there was only one spot. I didn't have any bleeding, but I was having really bad cramps before my last ultrasound. Today my baby's heart was beating and measured at 8 weeks. I have also had twins before and when I did have them, they could tell on my first sonogram that it was twins. Did you see a yolk sac or anything in the gestational sac?
