HOw do you end a relationship you know you shouldnt be in when your heart wont let you?

Just do it. The first step is always the hardest but they get easier with each one after that.

Why shouldn't you be in the relationship? Maybe it's a good relationship that you SHOULD be in. If it really is a bad relationship, then tell the guy to stop calling you etc, and just walk away. That simple. Make sure he knows you're serious. That way he won't be tempted to call you again and you won't be tempted to keep seeing him.

Its very hard but you have to use the backbone instead! When you are ready to say your "done" you will be able too. Once you have reached this place there is never a chance of you going backwards...maybe your not there yet.

its one of the hardest things to do...1rst make sure its what u want to do then prepare yourself mentally and emotionally and take your time..explain it to the person as gently as possible and be there for them but stand ur ground and dont back down!
