I have read on many sites that I an order to conceive a baby boy one should have sex on the odd days of the month ? Does
it mean dates 1,3,5.....So on? Or it has some other meaning.

I don't think there is substantial evidence of these theories, but from what I have read if you want a boy you should have intercourse the day you ovulate and the day after and if you want a girl you only have intercourse 2 days prior to ovulation. Something like that.

I think thats rubbish. You need to have sex round the time you ovulate. Maybe you can try the ovulation tests, or calenders (lots of them available online)
