I would like to make my computer as close to silent as possible. Can anyone suggest any accessories to get and what case. I currently have a 6600 and a amd athlon 64, 3200 and was wondering what the best passive coolers are to get. Also i would like a decent case to improve airflow to cool the radiators. My budget is probably 100 pounds or near that. I am also looking to get another 512 mb ram and was wondering if anyone can give any suggestions. Thanks please answer.

I would did a big hole, then line the hole with sound proofing, then place your computer in the hole, then apply massive doses of cement into the hole covering the computer, let dry 48 hours and do a decibal test, chances are your computer is as quiet as dead people are.

your welcome.

Google "Water Cooling System PC." If your using a 6600 (NVIDIA), no fan will run that smooth. Unless you turn it down on your motherboard, and then you can say "see ya" to your computer.

Try getting different fans for your computers. Those tend to be theloudest. My best guess woudl to start with that and work on other fans. They are usually the noise makers. Goodluck!
