Relative atomic mass of NH4+ - well I'd say it's 18 g/mole, but you won't find a bottle of ammonium on the shelf ANYWHERE! It will have to be counter-balanced by an anion, chloride, hydroxide, etc...

If you're speaking about exact isotopic weight then the answer would be 18.0383 g/mole

Ammonium does not have an atomic mass because it is not an element. The molecular mass would be 18.
