Ok so i am a girl as well as my best friend and we are really close and i love her to dealth i would do anything for her and she would do anything for me....but we talked and she said she would kiss my neck and lips and i agreed that i would do the same is this wrong?

You and she may just be curious to see what it would be like to exchange physical affection with each other. You didn't say how old you are, so I'm assuming that you're in your early teens. This is a stage in which people want to learn more about life, the world, each other, etc. This could just be a matter of curiosity, or it could be reflective of homosexual tendencies. Discuss it with her some more. Decide how you'll both feel about it afterward, and how you'll feel about each other. Will you still be comfortable afterward, or will you feel awkward ? Will this affect how close you feel for each other, and your friendship? Make a pact about whether you and she will discuss it with anyone afterward, or keep it between the two of you. Consider your personal feelings, and your moral and religious values considering these actions. You need to be okay with your decision afterward--whether it's to kiss or not. If you have any doubts or hesitations, then don't do it.

Kissing each other on the cheek or hand is normal for BFF's but I think the lip n the neck part is getting a bit far off!
Unless if u r really curious no one is on your way!
