Dress conservatively. Know what position you want in the company. Be prepared to list your strengths and why you want that job. If asked about your weaknesses, say you are a perfectionist.

Good luck.

I conduct job interviews for my company and the simple and basic things matter most. Eye contact shows confidence. Nice appropriate clothing shows professionalism (don't be afraid to dress classy, even if applying for a basic job such as barista at a local coffee shop). Make sure to describe your ambition and also express your confidence that you deserve the job! The canidate that shows the most desire for the job usually does best! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
