WHy didn't adam sandler just pause time and work on his stupid project?? then he could've finished it in no time and had all the time in the world to hang out w/ his children and wife!

yes u'd want to goof off, but if u recall he would fast forward Fights w/ his wife and do his work, but all pissed off... =T. u'd think he'd rather fast forward the Work and experience the family stuff...

I was thinking the same thing I guess the answer is then there wouldn't have been a movie.

It is called "instant gratification" which can be very attractive, although detrimental to long-term goals. Plus, the novelty of having his universal remote do all of those awesome things was just too much of a temptation. That is why the remote began to control things. He tried! LOL...

He didn't just pause time and do the project, because he really didn't want to do the project at all. So he fast forwarded to make it go quicker.

i think he did that to make it more like a movie cause if he didn't then there would be no movie at all. cuase in movies some things don't make sence for a reason.
