What is a thesis that I can write from The Metamorphisis?

I am writinga paper about this story and all though I follow it and all I need a good thesis to go with it. I am stuck. I also have to take examples from the story to prove my thesis. HELP!!

one of the main themes of the novel is change. the character's transformation is a metaphor for the change a person goes through in life. check to see if it may also be a social metaphor for what was going on in Russia at the time Kafka wrote it.
